Booking Terms and Conditions
In the event of cancellation . . .
Booking within 4 wks of your holiday start date to be played in full.
In the event of cancellation more than 2 wks before the start of holiday, will incur loss of 50% of the balance and deposit
Less than 2 wks will incur loss of deposit and balance.
Any refunds or holiday amendments will incur a £5.00 administration fee.
The owners will cancel bookings not paid on time.
Cancellation refunds for Fun Works Passes will incur a £5.00 administration fee.
Within three working days of the cancellation; all written confirmation must be sent via First Class Post otherwise you will still be responsible for all additional losses that are incurred. |

Payments
A £50.00 per week deposit is required at the time of your booking. Please note, this is not refundable.
We must receive this within 5 days of reservation; otherwise the caravan may be re-let.
The full amount must be paid 8 weeks before the first day of your holiday.
Payments must be made by cheque, made payable to: D.S. GREEN
Arrival and Departure
Keys will be available from Reception on production of the 'Key Release Form', which will be sent to you before your holiday start date.
Arrival – Saturday between 3.00 pm and 6.00pm - Depart – Saturday - no later than 10 am.
Please ensure that keys are returned to Reception on your departure.
LOST KEYS- There will be a charge per set.
FUNWORKS PASSES
Passes are not included in the caravan hire cost. If required, these may be purchased at Reception on arrival. We will send you the necessary paperwork with your Key Release Form.
Pets – Medium to small sized dog only. The dog must be kept on a lead around the park as per park rules.
Groups – Being a family park, we are not allowed to accept bookings from young singles parties or all male/all female parties.
ACCOMMODATION
Can only be used by persons listed on booking form and the hirer named will be responsible for the entire party.
For reasons of hygiene and comfort of other guests, this is a NON-SMOKING CARAVAN.
Park Rules
All Park Rules and Regulations must also be adhered to. If, in the opinion of ourselves or the Park Manager, any party is guilty of conduct prejudicial to the well being of others, we or the Park Manager may re-take possession of the accommodation immediately, without compensation to the party.
Insurance
The hirer must pay for any breakages or damage to the furniture, fittings, inventory or the accommodation. Because of this, we strongly recommend that you take out some kind of 'Holiday Insurance', which covers accidents, losses and spillage etc.
The Hirer must ensure that the caravan and all its contents and fittings are left in a Clean and Tidy Condition.
Please note 2008 prices DO NOT INCLUDE PASSES (can be purchased on arrival).
We do not accept liability for injury, loss or damage suffered by you or any member of your party during your stay.
